Sina Mokri Salmasi, known as SinaDali, entered Web3 in 2019 and began working with projects in 2022. Experience across more than 200 projects brings a grounded understanding of NFT communities, partnership dynamics and the work behind a successful collaboration.

A Blockchain Basics course certificate, authorized by the University at Buffalo and the State University of New York and completed through Coursera, complements that practical experience. Education is another part of that work, spanning private mentoring, specialist group sessions and guidance for artists entering NFTs.

Earlier work in sales, customer support, real estate and tourism built a foundation in negotiation, trust and understanding people. Today, that experience comes together at ZAXweb3 as a core team member and Collab Manager Lead.

At ZAXweb3, the focus is on leading collaboration efforts, developing project relationships and coordinating the conversations that turn shared interests into partnerships. The role connects partner selection, negotiation and delivery with the wider goals of the community.

Responsibilities also span creator leadership, community growth, Discord operations and member support. Staying close to both project teams and members keeps collaboration decisions grounded in what the community actually values.
